Shipping Information
  • Items purchased will only be sent out via courier.
    You can opt for standard (2-3 days) courier or express (same day) courier. (options can be selected upon checkout).
  • Items will take an average of about 12 days (including tailoring, processing and packing) to be ready after orders are placed.
  • For customised dresses, it will take about 15-30 days to be ready after orders are placed. (depending on design and complexity of gowns)
  • In the event that you will need the gown within 5 days of ordering, our tailors do offer express service for tailoring. Please email us at weddingconfettisg@gmail.com for more information.
  • For international delivery, please email us at weddingconfettisg@gmail.com for the rates and waiting time.
  • Please provide your contact number upon checkout. In the event that the parcel is not received after 3 failed attempts of delivery, the parcel will be returned to us, and the customer will be charged for a re-delivery.

    Other Important Information

  • Items sold are not exchangeable or refundable. 
  • No refunds will be made in the event of delayed shipping/that tailor needs a longer time to get the dresses ready. There is a possibility that tailor might take a longer time due to overwhelming orders. We will inform you prior via email in such an event.
  • Information displayed on our site is accurate at the time of publishing. However, it is subject to changes without further notice. When such a situation arises, we will inform via email on the changes with regard to the gown design or pricing.

General
What is the length of your gowns?
By default, all full length gowns are about 145cm. For midi gowns, they are about 110cm. Short gowns are about 85cm.

Do you have a physical shop? I would like to view and try out your gowns before purchasing.

As of now, WeddingConfetti is an online-only store. As such, we are able to provide a more reasonable alternative for our gowns and dresses as compared to brick and mortar shops.

If you are concerned about the sizing of the clothes, you are strongly suggested to compare your own measurements against the sizing provided on the product description page. Our sizing generally runs small, so do measure carefully with a measuring tape before purchase.

Alternatively, we do also have a third party seamstress who can help with measurements for a minimal fee after confirmation and purchase of the gown. You can indicate upon checkout that you will need the seamstress to assist, and include your name and number.

Are your clothes true to size?

Yes, mostly they are. It is however, normal to expect a deviation of 1-4 cm between apparels. 

I can't fit any of the sizes. Can I opt for customisation and how much does it cost?

Yes we do provide the the customisation option for some gowns and you will be able to select the customisation option. Customisation according to size will cost $20-60 depending on the size/requirements. 
Do indicate your bust, waist, hips length, shoulder width, length of dress in cm upon checkout. For long sleeves gowns, the sleeves length, arm circumference and armhole measurement will also be required.

Are your clothes true to the picture?

Yes, our gowns are true to the pictures. However, there might be slight variances due to different monitor settings and lighting. Also, in the event that certain lace/adornments are unavailable, the tailor might use material or fabric that is similar/close to to what is shown in the pictures. Also, there might also be a possibility that the tailor might make slight changes to the design/cut/colour scheme of the dresses without prior notice.

I'm a UK10, which size should I choose?

We strongly encourage you to measure yourself and compare it with our measurements in each product page. For tie back/lace up designs, the bust area of the dress can be tightened according to the body size.

I would like to add sleeves/adornments on my dress. Will that be possible?

It will depend on tailor's recommendations. Some items are customisable by the tailor and price will differ.

How can I contact you regarding customisation of my dress?

I am interested in a dress that I found online! Can your tailor make the dress for me?

Yes. Our tailor can make dresses according to pictures that you provide. The tailor will try his best to tailor it as similar to the original picture as possible, but there would also be a possibility that it would not look exactly the same, due to factors like differences in material used, differences in sizing of the wearer, clarity of the picture sent and differences in tailoring techniques.

Can i have a nursing zip access for my dresses? Can I add more layers and change the material of the dress I have in my picture?

Our tailor will be able to accede to certain requests and pricing will differ based on the degree of customisation.

Can I come down and have you measure for me?

We do provide measurement services for $5 done by our third party seamstresses after confirmation of dresses. Do enquire for more information.

Can you work within my budget?

Yes we can! Our tailor can decide which material to use to suit your budget and we can advise accordingly on the pricing.
After-sales services

How long will the items take to reach me?

The dresses will take tailor about 12 days or so under normal circumstances to make. With courier/local mailing, it will take another 1-6 days from the day the dresses are ready. 

The dress does not fit me! Can your tailor alter for me?

As of now, we do not provide any alteration after the dress has been sent to you. However, we do have recommended seamstresses who might be able to assist you (extra charges apply).

The dress you sent me is totally different when I wear it as compared to what I see from the pictures provided! The dress is too long for me!

All dresses worn might not look exactly like the wearer in the picture as the size and shape of every woman is different. The same piece of dress on a S size wearer might differ greatly with a 4XL wearer.
Mailing and payment

Are the prices negotiable? 

Our prices are final. We can only offer bulk discounts for more than 10 pieces / items purchased.

What payment modes do you accept?

Presently by Paypal/ credit card from our website. You can also email us for other alternative methods of payment (funds transfer/paynow).

I would like to cancel my order after transferring my funds.

Unfortunately, your order has been processed to facilitate prompt delivery. We regret to say that we are unable to cancel your order as payment has already been confirmed.

How much is delivery?

Standard  2-3 days courier is $5.50 and same day  delivery is $12. Do note that the delivery duration is counted from the day the gown is ready.
For international mailing, pricing will differ based on speed of delivery and weight of items. Do enquire at weddingconfettisg@gmail.com for more information.
Exchanges and returns
  • Any refunds/exchanges are done on a case to case basis.
  • In the event that a wrong/defective item has been received, do:
    • Contact seller within 3 days of receipt
    • Provide picture of the defective area of the received item
    • Item has to be sent within a week of receiving it
    • We reserve the right to not refund/exchange in the event that the item is sent out after a week of receiving it
  • Your item must be in their original packaging, unwashed and unworn without any scent.
  • Kindly mail your return items back to our P.O. Box address via normal mail.
  • Upon receipt of items, refunds/exchanges including shipping fee (as advised by seller) will be done.
  • The following will not qualify for exchanges or returns:
    • Personal reasons such as wrong design/size, change of mind after ordering
    • Slight colour differences. Due to different computer monitors/calibrations, colors may vary slightly from the picture
    • Self-repairable defects such as thread fray ends, wrinkles, misalignment of seams, minor tear on seams and loose buttons.
    • Minor stains such as washable stains/smudges/dirt
    • Size issues. It is normal to expect a deviation of 1-4 cm between apparels (even for customised dresses). In such cases, the variance is NOT considered a defect.
    • Deliberate damage of clothes that will warrant an exchange.
