Please read the following before ordering.

Shipping Information

  • All orders will only be sent out via courier.
  • The time for all orders of standard sizing to be ready will be about 10-15 days. For customised gowns, it will take about 16-28 days (from the day the final measurements are confirmed).
  • Customised bridesmaid gowns might take up to 1.5 months to be ready. It is therefore advisable to have a longer buffer time for your gowns in case there is a need for alterations.
  • Express tailoring is also available for most gowns (Standard sizing gowns - 5-7 working days from the next working day of request for express tailoring)
  • Customised sizing gowns - 10-14 days from the next working day of request for express tailoring
  • Do enquire for more information at sales@weddingconfetti.sg.
  • You can opt for standard (2-3 days) courier or same day courier which will be sent out when the item is ready at our warehouse. 
  • For international delivery, please email us at sales@weddingconfetti.sg for the rates and waiting time. (Rates will depend on the weight of your order.)
  • Additional courier costs will apply depending on the weight of the parcel. 
Other Important Information (regarding shipping)
  • Do note that the delivery time as stated at checkout (for standard and same day delivery) starts from the day the order is ready at our warehouse.
  • For same day delivery (for orders ready in the warehouse before 11am), it is only applicable on weekdays (excluding public holidays and weekends).
  • In the rare event that the courier slots are not available for the day, the next available slot will be arranged for you on the next available day. You will be notified when such a situation occurs.
  • If your order contains a mixture of gowns of differing waiting time, the entire order will be shipped as a single order when all items have arrived. Do email us at sales@weddingconfetti.sg if you would like to receive the gowns separately so that we can process the orders for you.
  • The waiting time is subject to changes dependent on the tailor as well as the the global situation. We apologise that we are not liable for delays caused due to external circumstances not related to us.
  • An email notification will be sent out once the order has been shipped out. Please notify us within 5 days for tracking purposes if your order has not been received. Our company will not be held responsible for any lost/missing item that has been sent out for more than one week. 
Other Important Information
  • As all our items are made to order, they are strictly not exchangeable or refundable.
  • We aim to have your gowns delivered within the stated time frame above. However, in the rare event that the gown is delayed, due to shipping or the tailor needs a longer time to get the dresses ready, no refunds will be made.
  • There is a possibility (which is very rare) that the delivery of gown can be delayed due to overwhelming orders/defects or other unforeseen circumstances. You will be informed prior via email if such a situation occurs.
  • It is therefore advisable to have a longer buffer time for your event in the rare event of such circumstances.
  • Do note that tailoring methods/styles might be changed according to the tailors' discretion without prior notice.
  • We highly recommend purchasing your customised dress from the same batch, as different batches of the same fabric might encounter slight colour discrepancy due to the dyeing process or tailoring methods might differ.
Information displayed on our site is accurate at the time of publishing. However, it is subject to change without further notice. When such a situation arises, we will inform you via email on the changes.

What is the length of your gowns?
By default, all full length gowns are about 145cm (+/-). For midi gowns, they are about 110cm. Short gowns are about 85cm.

Do you have a physical shop? I would like to view and try out your gowns before purchasing.
WeddingConfetti is an online-only store. As such, we are able to provide a more reasonable alternative for our gowns and dresses as compared to brick and mortar shops.
We do have a third party seamstress who can help with measurements for a minimal fee after confirmation and purchase of the gown. You can indicate in the checkout box that you will need the seamstress to assist, and include your name and number.

What should I do if I need the gown to be customised?
For gowns that can be customised according to size, there will be the customisation option, and you can choose the 'Customisation' option in the listing.
Do indicate your bust, waist, hips length, shoulder width, length of dress in cm upon checkout. For short/long sleeves gowns, the sleeves length, arm circumference and armhole measurement will also be required.
How much does customisation cost? 
We do provide the the customisation option for some gowns and you will be able to select the customisation option on the item page. Customisation according to size will cost $20-60 depending on the size/requirements. Extra charges might apply for waist length above 90cm.
In the event that full measurements are not provided, our tailors will use their discretion to gauge for other required measurements according to the information provided.

Are your clothes true to size?
Yes, mostly they are. It is however, normal to expect a deviation of 1-5 cm between apparels. 
Are your clothes true to the picture? 
Yes, our gowns are true to the pictures. However, there might be slight variances due to different monitor settings and lighting. Also, in the event that certain lace/adornments are unavailable, the tailor might use material or fabric that is similar/close to to what is shown in the pictures. There might also be a possibility that the tailor might make slight changes to the design/cut/colour scheme of the dresses without prior notice.
I'm a UK10, which size should I choose? 
We will strongly encourage you to measure yourself and compare it with our measurements in each product page. For tie back/lace up designs, the bust area of the dress can be tightened according to the body size.
Customisation from scratch
How can I contact you regarding customisation of my dress?

I am interested in a dress that I found online! Can your tailor make the dress for me?
Yes. Our tailor can make dresses according to pictures that you provide. The tailor will try his best to tailor it as similar to the original picture as possible, but there would also be a possibility that it would not look exactly the same, due to factors like differences in material used, differences in sizing of the wearer, clarity of the picture sent and differences in tailoring techniques. Do note that all customised dresses are non refundable or exchangeable.
Can I come down and have you measure for me?
We do provide measurement services done by our third party seamstresses after confirmation of dresses. You can indicate upon checkout that you will need measurement services and include your name and number.
Can you work within my budget?
Yes we can! Our tailor can decide which material to use to suit your budget and we can advise accordingly on the pricing.
After-sales services
How long will the items take to reach me?
The dresses will take tailor about 12-15 days or so under normal circumstances for standard sizing. Customisation dresses will take about 16-28 days. With standard courier, it will take another 1-3 days from the day the dresses are ready. 
Will you be able to do alterations for my dress?
As of now, we do not provide any alteration after the dress has been sent to you. However, we do have recommended seamstresses who will be able to assist you at a discounted rate. Alterations will take about 2 weeks to be ready. 
The dress you sent me is totally different when I wear it as compared to what I see from the pictures provided! 
It is advisable to have realistic expectations when you make your purchase. All dresses worn might not look exactly like the wearer in the picture as the size and shape of every woman is different. The same piece of dress on a S size wearer might differ with a 4XL wearer. Also, due to different computer monitors/calibrations, colors may vary slightly from the picture.
Mailing and payment
Are the prices negotiable? 
Our prices are final. We can only offer bulk discounts for more than 7 pieces / items purchased.
What payment modes do you accept?
Presently by Shopify payments/credit card/Atome from our website. 
Can I cancel my order after ordering?
Unfortunately, your order has been processed to facilitate prompt delivery. We regret to say that we are unable to cancel your order as payment has already been confirmed. Kindly check your order carefully before your purchase.
How much is delivery?
Standard 2-3 days courier is $5.50 and same day delivery is $12. Do note that the delivery duration is counted from the day the gown is ready (before 4pm).
For international mailing, pricing will differ based on speed of delivery and weight of items. Do enquire at sales@weddingconfetti.sg for more information.

Exchanges and returns
  • Any refunds/exchanges are done on a case to case basis.
  • In the event that a wrong/defective item has been received, do:
    - Contact seller within 3 days of receipt
    - Provide picture of the defective area of the received item
    - Item has to be sent within a week of receiving it
  • We reserve the right to not refund/exchange in the event that the item is sent out after a week of receiving it
  • Your item must be in their original packaging, unwashed and unworn without any scent.
  • Kindly mail your return items back to our P.O. Box address.
  • Upon receipt of items, refunds in the form of credit notes/exchanges will be done. This might take up to 2 weeks once the item is received.
  • For delivery of parcels, after 3 failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to the sender and customer is to bear the postage of the return order. As the delivery is done by a third party company, kindly contact the company with the given tracking number should you need to enquire on any delivery delays or returns.
  • The following will not qualify for exchanges or returns:
    - Personal reasons such as wrong design/size, change of mind after ordering/do not like the design
    - Slight colour differences. Due to different computer monitors/calibrations, colors may vary slightly from the picture
    - Self-repairable defects such as thread fray ends, wrinkles, misalignment of seams, minor tear on seams and loose buttons.
    - Minor stains such as washable stains/smudges/dirt
    - Size issues. It is normal to expect a deviation of 1-4 cm between apparels (applies also for customised dresses). In such cases, the variance is NOT considered a defect.
    - Deliberate damage of clothes that will warrant an exchange.
    - Items that have been modified in any way after receiving it.
* Please note that Shipping/Express tailoring/Measurement charges/Customized gowns are non-refundable nor creditable.
* We reserve the right to not provide any refunds for items that have been sent back to us without any approval or acknowledgement from our side.
